while we have all seen and read…and even thought about the new year…the changes we want to make…resolutions have been made…and maybe already broken…but to me the new year is always a time of reflection…a time to think about what worked…what didn’t…what i want to continue…what might i want to enhance…
and while i love the term…new year…new you…i am also a firm believer in working towards achievable goals…i mean…why make some that we just know are not attainable? we know what the outcome will be…disappointment…feeling bad about ourselves…who needs that? but…our new goals should be work to get to…because we all know…that when we truly work for something…and then reach it…well…the feeling is amazing…
