you know how there are those times that you just connect with a person…and you feel like you’ve known them forever? well…that happened when i met one of my now dearest friends adena…and the craziest thing is when we realized that we shared the same birth date…what are the odds…right? and so now for years…we have celebrated our birthdays together…
so today…adena & i decided to head out to san francisco for the christmas cash & carry show…as we were perusing the different vendors…we stopped at a table that had beautiful jewelry…so we are chit-chatting with the designer…and then it happens…adena spots a perfect pair of earrings…and i of course…start justifying…”it’s your birthday month” i say…to which the designer asks…”what day?”…as adena answers the 20th…the designer says…”me too”…to which adena & i both laugh…because in unison we reveal that it is both of our birthdays…
so here we are…realizing how alike the three of us are…loving fashion…same birthday…yada yada yada…and now…this new found friend…will be joining adena & i in our birthday celebration nite…
