i love hearing how my clients feel after working with me…not in a “i need to hear how wonderful i am…” but more about what the clients picked up on…through our time together…it is always different…but it is always inspiring…
one of the greatest things about my job…is witnessing my clients see in themselves…what i already saw…because truly…it doesn’t matter what i see…until they see AND feel it for themselves…
this client praise was different…in that kevin was not my direct client…but he was the one i was working with at the store with my client…here was his interpretation of the evening…
I work at Nordstrom in Palo Alto, and recently I had the opportuntiy to watch Elena as she was working with a new client. Elena was great, she navigated the sales floor like a pro, with a sharp eye with such attention to detail, it was fun to watch. Elena’s style (no pun intneded) was to showcase a variety of choices, remaining sensative to price, but unwaivering to style. At the end of the appointment, she outfitted her client with great items that will be in his wardrobe for years to come!
unfortunately, last time i spoke to kevin…he told me that he was no longer working there…which is a crying shame…because he was everything that i look for when working with a sales person at a store…
